Customers have a cancellation right 14 days deadline.

Cancellation right

You have the right within fourteen days without giving reasons to cancel this deed.

The deadline of cancellation are fourteen days calculated from the day, where you or a third person, who is not the carrier, took in possesion the last commodity.

To exert your cancellation right, you have inform us about your decision to cancel the deed in form of a clear explanation. (for example per mail, post, or fax). (Original WENDESTEIN GmbH, Wiener Straße 14, 2620 Neunkirchen, office@wendestein.at, +43 2635 62407). You can use the attached form.

To maintain the cancellation right it is enough to send us your explanation before the end of the cancellation deadline.

 

Consequences of the cancellation.

If you cancel this deed, we have refund you all payments including the shipping costs (excluding the additional costs, if you chose another form of shipping than our cheapest standard shipping form) immediate and by no lather than within the fourteen days from this day on, we received your cancellation of the deed. For the refund we use the same payment method you used for the originally transaction. Unless we mutually agreed another. On no account we will charge you for the refund.

We can refuse to do the refund until we got the commodity back or until you send us a proof that you sent us the commodity.

You have to resend us the commodity immediately, in any case within the fourteen days from the day on you informed us about the cancellation of the deed. The deadline is kept, if you send the commodity before the end of the fourteen days deadline.

We bear the costs of the return of the commodity.

You have to pay for possible deterioration oft he commodity, if the deterioration is attributable to you.
